FEDEX, DHL or U.S. mail with an opening deposit of $50 or credit card on
file.
You may also email the information to
us or fax it over our designated fax line which receives 24 hours a day, 7
days a week.
We accept and sign for deliveries per
your instructions, including UPS, FEDEX, US Mail, Courier.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and
American Express.
It is necessary to download the form
required by the U.S. Postal Service. Two pieces of identification
needed: driver's license, passport, or other valid ID with photo, plus a
major credit card, copies of which can be faxed to 305.949.1689.
