forward my mail even if I indicate several different residences abroad,
and the mail forwarding address keeps changing?
A: Yes. All you
have to do is advise us of any address change, however temporary. You can
do this via fax or email, 24/7.
Q: Is it really necessary
to carry a forwarding account of $50?
A: No, can give
leave a credit card with us that we will charge as needed. We accept
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Q: I do not wish for
anybody to know that I actually live abroad. Am I assured that you will
guard my privacy in this regard?
A: Absolutely. We are well
aware of the sensitivities involved. We have been in business for 18
years, and we know that it is imperative that we ensure the privacy of our
clients. We do not give any information about you and/or your
business.
Q: What happens if a
package arrives for me that needs to be signed for?
A: We sign for everything
as instructed, and we forward
packages and mail anywhere in the world, for $10 plus shipping costs.
You can determine in advance how many times a month you will want your
mail/packages to be forwarded.
Q: If I receive junk mail, catalogues, and
so forth, will that be forwarded also?
A: Only if you wish to. We usually
weed out catalogues and other undesirable mail, which we either hold for
you for a future time, or discard, according to your instructions.
